J’ai vendu ma maison en passant par ce notaire, très mauvaise expérience, si vous vendez, demandez votre facture en avance, il est très dispendieux, si vous acheter, comparez avec d’autres notaires.
J’ai vendu ma maison en passant par ce notaire, il m’a facturé plus de 2400$, un facture abusive d’au minimum 1000$. J’ai payé 1700$ par la suite pour l’acquisition de ma nouvelle maison, depuis quand les frais de notaire sont plus dispendieux pour vendre qu’acheter une maison?
Unprofessional. Unable to send me our documents by courrier paid by me in advance. No they said, “we can only send your documents by regular mail. Because of this I had to take time to drive out to Terrebonne, with all the construction traffic, to pick them up myself. Apparently we are the only people who do not trust Canada Post to deliver documents, without loosing them. What company is unable to arrange to send documents by courrier?
