Called in just to look at lift chairs. The lovely young lady was very, very delightful, and one of the most helpful sales assistants we have met in a very long time! Came away with exactly what we were looking for. Wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else for this type of product in the future. So good to come away having had such a positive experience Thankyou

Great place. The staff are so knowledgeable for all the info you need to choose a good bed. Excellent service every time I go into the shop.
1st stop was at this store, looking for a new bed, engaging staff, huge range to choose from, tried the other big stores in Perth, came back to Martin Burns, still got the best service, best deal, best set up by a country mile. Delighted with a 2 hr deliverery time frame, spot on, true to their word, full installed, upstairs, assembled, AND took all the packaging away too, AND free delivery, mighty happy!
Great customer service and advise. Its great to feel appreciated as customer. Walked in to the store for a browse and we walked out with 2 brand new matrasses. Highly recommend visiting Martin Burns store.
