Allan is a good person period
The attorney was totally polite and understanding when I had to call a few mins before my appointment and let them know I'd be 10-15 mins late because I'd underestimated the drive to the office. He was also kind and knowledgeable, listening to the details of my issue, and pointing me in the right (legal) direction. This was my first time dealing with a lawyer and I was nervous, but it all worked out well considering my dilemma. Very positive experience.
