Bought a microwave 1y and 6mo later went bad. Took it to the store and they try to charge me $400 to fix it when I paid 300 for it. Crazy. Ever again buy from them.
Waking up to a failed fridge is never an enjoyable experience. However, it happens, and Martin Appliance made the replacement process quick and stress-free. Weston answered all my questions in the showroom and gave me great information (without being pushy) to help the decision making process. He scheduled the soonest available delivery, and told me sometimes installers are able to get to it sooner than the scheduled delivery date, but couldn’t make any promises that would be the case. Martin’s provides excellent service. I had a minor problem with the wheel on my dishwasher rack and a clip on the utensil rack. Broc provided excellent customer service, repaired the issues, as well as answered questions on another appliance. Great service from start to finish from the technician listening to the problem and the repair being completed, I recommend Martin Appliance.
Martins is our go-to for appliances. Mateo took care of our most recent install. He was pleasant, professional and highly competent. Exactly what I’ve come to expect.
