I thought it was going to good company to work for, but I was mistaken. In the beginning the terminal manager gives you rate sheet showing the pay per run. It's changes and gets lower by the run. A driver came and asked me what I was getting paid for this run. I show him and we went to the sheet for reference and it about $175 less then the sheet. He wanted me to go talk to management.
