We've been VERY impressed with this firm. Tim Raub is incredibly organized, kind, responsive, and always makes time in his busy schedule to answer my tax questions. His firm also has amazing (and secure) systems in place if you're like me and need to download your forms last minute to make quarterly payments. Highly recommend !!!!

I would strongly not recommend using this firm for tax preparation. We felt we were not informed of an exceedingly high cost for preparation. Despite a request for a detailed billing statement it was ignored by the firm. Although we were promised that they would get back to us regarding a very marked increase in our bill they did not. This was in the face of a similar tax preparation from the previous year. We were disappointed in their response as we had been a loyal client for over 15 years.
