Extremely disappointed. From the beginning, I couldn’t get a confirmation for 4ppl and the service they requested, even after calling back, since I didn’t receive the original confirmation. This is not a Spa. It’s a massage with NO Spa experience to go with it! $300 massage, no robe, no slippers, no relaxation room….Nope Nope Nope! I’ve requested a refund, no response yet.
My Happy Place!
PHENOMENAL experience! Massage technique was superb and she checked in periodically to ensure I was always comfortable.
it was great getting back out today with all that is going on thank for the awesome service
