Uno de mis empleados le dejé saber que hay podría tener aseguranza full coverage en lo que le llegaba su licencia ya que otros lugares no le logran asegurar con licencia Foránea. Horrible customer service from employee Vivian.I was calling to make a change to my insurance and she just started saying “hello I need you name you can’t just call me and start telling me what you want without even saying who I’m talking to” she was beyond rude to me over the phone.You’re office definitely needs PROFESSIONAL people working there.Not just someone that obviously has no training whatsoever in customer service I been a customer for over three years this is unacceptable.If I could of given 0 starts I would of do... read more
