Terrible bank. I opened an account and signed up for overdraft and my account has never gone negative. Not only did they not honor an overdraft payment, but they restricted my card without warning due to my netflix being on auto pay and there not being enough to cover it in between paychecks. I only found out when I went to buy a bottle of wine on payday and my card gets declined in front of everyone which made me call and the agent explaining this verbatim to me. TERRIBLE BANK VERY CONFRONTATIONAL . The tellers are incompetent and rude to the point where you absolutely must read the fine print or you will assume you have benefits which you don’t because they do the bare minimum to explain how they work . Especially an individual named Andrew Crooks at the Palmer ave location (person that opened my account).
