Unprofessional. No bank slips there so customers have to either right down their personal information ahead of time or say it out loud in front of everyone. Also I was strangely asked to remove my sunglasses last time I came her and told that it was a policy when I raised issue and then this time I was not and the same teller was present. I only use this bank for small transactions and convenience now i but may just debank altogether because of the bad service and headaches
Terrible bank. I opened an account and signed up for overdraft and my account has never gone negative. Not only did they not honor an overdraft payment, but they restricted my card without warning due to my netflix being on auto pay and there not being enough to cover it in between paychecks. I only found out when I went to buy a bottle of wine on payday and my card gets declined in front of everyone which made me call and the agent explaining this verbatim to me.
