TERRIBLE BANK VERY CONFRONTATIONAL . The tellers are incompetent and rude to the point where you absolutely must read the fine print or you will assume you have benefits which you don’t because they do the bare minimum to explain how they work . I did not have any relations with Martha's Vineyard Bank, but I worked with Addie M. Drolette - mortgage specialist. It was practically five years ago, but only now I came across of her name and realized that works for another bank now. She is one of the best if not the best mortgage specialist I have ever dealt with. She is very much committed to her customers.
