Have used this company for over 40 years. Found out after taxes were done this year our accountant had retired. No communication whatsoever when we dropped off our taxes. They charged us for things we never had done like filing an extension and charged us $500 more than last years without ever contacting us to ask if this increase was even OK before doing taxes. Not sure what happened once Roger left the company but I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau and I will never use this company again. Look elsewhere!
