My husband and I have used Accounting Associates for many years and when we filed last year our taxes had changed from getting money back to having to pay them and also our fees went up quite a bit with no warning on that. Our income and circumstances had not had any significant changes,so when asking Matt why the the changes he replied with "what should it be?" Very rude and no explanation. I called Chris and he explained it to me but we will never have our taxes filed with AA again.
$350 minimum for tax prep? Glad you sent a letter. Definitely going somewhere else.
