Been with marten for 6 months now. Training was pretty good and straight forward you need 6 months of OTR experience with good driving record Route: Regional 3 wks out 7 days home. Started my home time end of June had a nasty fall and fracture my wrist less then an hour of being home, Been home for 7 wks now. Unfortunately while being home I still have to pay my weekly benefits out of pocket since I’m home on leave of absence (LOA) with no pay. I guess because I’ve been here for under a yr. This company is the worst. Try and use your health insurance... they will make you miss sometime and your doctors appointments and then fire you. Stay away from these cheese dix.
Good company, my dispatcher was the worst, very disrespectful and never got my home time rite. I missed two doctors appointments. Smh.... Its not the company.....
