Ana literally scammed me of my money ($350). She was very nice at first and promised she’d help me with my husband taxes as well as ITIN. Her and her uncommunicative coworker being completely the worst people I’ve worked with in a service being provided. Months and months of calling and messaging no answers or and constant “I’ll pass the message to Ana”were disregarded.
