I just left this Store. I was treated with complete and utter disdain—The woman actually said to me: “you don’t have the money to shop here.” I have been collecting antiques for 45 years. I also stage and buy for clients. Additionally, we have homes in Madrid and Penescola Spain… Apparently they judge a book by its cover, and don’t care about customer service or new sales. Very good and friendly customer service
I’m not one to write reviews but I’m completely appalled by the way I was treated walking into this place and cannot let this go unsaid. After my family rang the bell to enter, and before we even entered the store, the woman that works there, while unlocking the door, flipped the open sign to “we will be back” and unlocked the door to say “we don’t have AC in here, I don’t know if you want to come in” to which I replied, “it’s ok, we don’t care about that” as if it wasn’t a bother to us.
