I hesitated for far to long to leave this review as I believed Jessica was good for her word and an overall nice person. However she took more than 3 months supposedly working on our file and never even checked credit till after 2 months of "work" she is extremely difficult to reach on the phone or in the office often chasing voicemail and texts for days before some kind of response. Very unproductive and extremely unprofessional.
Lucas was professional, knowledgeable, and loads of fun. He answered all of our questions and was quick to respond to a call or email. As first-time home buyers we were nervous about the process but knew immediately with Lucas we were in good hands! Thank you!
