Staff behind the counter and yard operators are super nice and helpful. Too bad they have to work for Jack the manager. He was angry I was returning warped lumber they had delivered to my house. Claiming it was my fault I didn't stack it right. Funny because all I did was cut the bands the unit was strapped with and used what lumber I could. He told me to go to Home Depot next time. Well Jack, I will. Let the owner know you just lost a customer.
Just had the worst customer service experience with Jack from Marsons and Marsons. Everything was good until Jack showed up apparently he’s an owner / store manager don’t really know. He should be retired or in a different business. I had a very disappointing experience . The customer service was poor, and dealing with Jack, who I was told is a manager/ owner made the situation worse. They had everything I needed when Lowes didn't. It was quick and easy to walk right in and get what I wanted and get out of there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything about the experience was better than box stores
Spoke with a guy named chis was a total ruth person and not helpful at all seem like he was forced to speak so sad never going there, lost a big potential sale.
