I got sold insurance for my couches I bought and opened a claim and called 3 times I would of rather kept my money last time I go here the insurance company you use is a fraud
Bought a recliner and it makes a lot of noise when rocking. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The chair was not cheap!
I love that my trips into the store are quick with Mark's help. He knows exactly what I'm looking for and is ready to help! This would be a 5 star review if the company got it's life together on the warehouse end, as getting your product to your house can take awhile. I've never been so happy to do laundry in my life. So far so good, the washer works and is easy to use. Our delivery guys, sorry guys I don't remember your names, were also excellent, fast and friendly.

We have a sleeper sofa that goes back nearly 20 years. One of the plastic casters under the sofa broke and we couldn't move it very easily. I made contact with the company and they took time to figure out what I needed. I expected to buy the caster, if it was still available. In the mail last week I received a package with four new casters ... All of them perfect matches!!! Thanks so much! We'll stand by this brand!
