I love that my trips into the store are quick with Mark's help. He knows exactly what I'm looking for and is ready to help! This would be a 5 star review if the company got it's life together on the warehouse end, as getting your product to your house can take awhile. I've never been so happy to do laundry in my life. So far so good, the washer works and is easy to use. Our delivery guys, sorry guys I don't remember your names, were also excellent, fast and friendly.

We have a sleeper sofa that goes back nearly 20 years. One of the plastic casters under the sofa broke and we couldn't move it very easily. I made contact with the company and they took time to figure out what I needed. I expected to buy the caster, if it was still available. In the mail last week I received a package with four new casters ... All of them perfect matches!!! Thanks so much! We'll stand by this brand!
Poor place to work i worked there for 7 months and i only got 32 hrs a week and sometimes got sent home early because of lack of work
We have had our Marshfield couch and chair for over 10 years. It has stood the test of time. The cushion are almost as firm as when it was new. This furniture is built SO well. I plan on changing our decor, but not because it is worn out. I haven't found any yet that compares.
