Great service and knowledge.
Best timber flooring hands down. From start to finish the knowledge, advice, price and service guaranteed an awesome result. Cypress can look average with yellowing so I went with a BROWN Japan stain from feast Watson... the floors are amazing and we are blown away .
After i had called and provided photos of the damage their delivery driver had caused to our driveway, the response we received was absolutely laughable: * Our driver has been with us for over 20 years a no complaints * Our driver passed on the responsibility by stating "Its on you" to he's management that this was what he stated to the other tradie who was coming out through the driveway to go to another site and driver stated thats ok, he had it under control, but when i queried with management the damage, apparently he st... read more
Two stars go towards having a selection of timber, the bare minimum for a timber supply place. The missing three are due to the quality and attitude of the workers. I’ve shopped here a number of times out of necessity, never left a review, though I’ve never had a good experience. I generally tend to avoid Marshall’s because I know how I’ll be treated, and I know a handful of other trade professionals who do the same. More than welcome to respond to this review.
