MWP clerical error resulting in a large difference from what we were told we would receive vs what we actually received. When requesting a refund they said, I "need to take accountability in this error, and should have reviewed our work" when signing for my taxes. They did refund me in full, but tied to an email saying they will no longer work with me in the future because I "refuse accountability" for their error. I recommend you find a new CPA if this is how they conduct business.

I have a small business and needed some help getting my bookkeeping straight for the new year and kicking off a payroll solution. Last year, MWP helped me with a tax issue so they already had my confidence. Randy and his team got my QuickBooks account going and helped me knit it together with my banking and other third-party software. They also got my payroll set up. It is a great comfort to me to have professionals at my side who are also trustworthy, approachable and empathetic. I recommend them highly!
