Great experience with an online purchase. They were out of a disc I ordered and promptly followed up with me to get a different color in the order so they could ship it out. If I'm in the area, I always stop in. Huge selection. Biggest I've ever seen in person. Prices are reasonable.
Package was missing 2 patches in a 85$ package with 2 discs a retriever and 3 patches. They called and said they combined the packages. Took some time to resolve it as these guys are busy and one of the most used stores online. But they got back to me quickly and fixed it. It’s easy to get ahold of them and they’re super nice and helpful.
Gil is the man, the shop is great.
