Ali S At the end of each year I take two weeks off at Thanksgiving and two weeks off at Christmas. So that would leave less than three weeks before a "first appearance" to get discovery /evidence. Actually only 15-20 business days not counting weekends. I do advise all clients of my vacation and let them know I won't be available then. The court is pretty much shut down then too. It has taken me nearly 4 years to write this review. I was searching for a divorce lawyer and at that time had no experience with the legal system. I searched online for the best lawyer I could find.
