Placed an order online. Never got the product. Cannot log into my account anymore. No one answers the phone ever, even during business hours. No response to my voicemails.
We desired contact with the company (Marshall Floral Products in Jackson Michigan) to order product, and called during the business hours listed on their web site and Google. We also contacted them via Facebook and got a reply from a "message service" who claims that calls would be returned on the following day. They do not answer the phone during business hours and haven't returned contact after multiple days. This eliminates them from consideration.
