Very rude people who work here. Apparently I am a bother to call and ask questions about a title for a vehicle I just bought.
Always pleasant in person customer service. Wait time can be long.
Getting my Iowa license plates were pretty easy. I switched my driver's license to Iowa first at the DOT office then brought it in the paper copy with my out-of-state car registration and the title to my car. I was given new plates right there. I got to pick which month I wanted to renew. I was given a prorated cost based on which month I chose.
