I'm standing in a line to pay prop.tax on dec.30 when an employee tells us that we can just drop pmt in the mail before dec.31. So instead of waiting all day behind a hundred people, barely moving forward, I go to post office & mail it. Then they don't accept it. Lol. They send me a bill for late fee & interest and return my on-time full payment. I would say "idiots" but I don't wanna be rude.
Called today and talked to "Amanda." She was of great help to me, patiently answering & looking up answers to all of my questions.
