statements dont show images of checks deposited. cant search transactions. loan account doesn’t show itemized transactions or any activity at all. it is not on my chkg statement nor have its own statement. Call or mail for customer service?! Why is there no messaging service in the app?? No email?? Do they not use email for correspondence?? IMPossible to exclude property taxes from mortgage payment (even before and at closing) and no one is looking to see if bill is correct.. kill me now.
