My infant went here briefly while we waited for a spot at a Kindercare closer to home to open up and we fell in love. Ms. Nakia and Ms. Kelley are so sweet, love the kids so much, and take such great care of them. They keep the infants engaged with fun activities that encourage their development. I highly recommend this center, especially the infant program!
We love this center! We started our oldest child here as an infant from 2019 to 2022. It's always had a very comfortable and welcoming feel. When management changed in 2022, a lot of issues that popped up and the center shut down for a while. We went to a different center nearby for a couple years but we came back to Kindercare Elkridge in September 2024 after my youngest started experiencing a lot of problems at the other center. I wish negative stars were possible. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization in management is shameful. To start, we toured and liked the facility so we wanted to enroll my daughter. To get Amanda to even send the enrollment link to hold my daughter’s spot was a task. They gave me a folder with only half the paperwork they needed to have filled out. The teachers for the infant room are amazing! My daughter loves them and has a huge smile on her face when she's dropped off in the morning. It makes me feel so good knowing she is loved and cared for while I'm at work.
I had a very very bad experience at this center. If you are from a minority, please don't send your kid to this center. I went to this place because my colleague spoke very high of the teachers in toddler's room. However, the teacher in 2B Miss Bree who was super lazy as you can tell she is always on the phone seemed to have some issue with my kid. She clearly bullied my kid.
