RecommendedI've been a resident at Marsh Pointe almost 3 years. My experience has been great! The facility and grounds are well kept and very clean. I'm proud to have family and friends visit and share activities. I've made several new friends and feel supported with management and staff encouraging safety, elderly information and fun for all residents ,
My mother has lived here for several years. She loves her apartment, the beautiful outside walking areas & the staff which is so friendly & quick to respond to whatever minor issues (which rarely occur) have popped up.
I loved visiting Marsh Point, nice facilities and really nice staff. Good amenities. I’d move here if I was retired!
I live here. I never lived in such a huge complex. Too many rules. Mostly, I miss never seeing children.
Apathetic management, outdated amenities, I would not let either of my parents live here.

Shame on you, Marsh Pointe! No air conditioners for most of your residents since early spring!
