Mr Tony is very good at his work. I had acute shoulder pain and could not move my arm while holding my baby. Just the first session of phisio worked for me and helped me in pain reduction and making me flexible. Thanks so much

I had a physio appointment with Tony and Sadaf, and they were very professional and friendly. Their assessment of my hamstring issue has helped me better understand my injury, and I've already seen some improvement with the exercises they've given me. Of course, full recovery will take time, but overall I'm happy with my experience so far and have booked for follow up appointments.
