My 74 year old mother was turned away from her scheduled appointment where she needed meds refilled because they thought she had “covid symptoms” told her to go to an express care or ER. Took her to an express care where they were IN DISBELIEF that a primary care doctor would turn away a patient for being ill and try to send them to an Er to which they would encounter a higher copay and a higher doctor bill.
