Stalled my mom’s mediation for divorce off for MONTHS and MONTHS. Mom spoke of her concerns due to health concerns and the activities of the soon to be ex which is well documented. Paid another retainer. Mom ended up dying before her divorce. Didn’t want to work with us after her death. Tried talking to her at the office… no sympathy. Basically kicked us out..
