I had my 1937 Ford at a different shop for three months and only a small part of the work was completed.and what little was done was wrong. Patrick looked over the work and said he would not attempt to repair any of the previous work. He scheduled me for the work and started it on the same day that I left my car. I went by his shop a few times and each visit more work was completed. He finished on schedule and I do happy with everything he did. Had some work done, and whoever did the install scuffed up my dash and door panels. Weather seals were not put on correct all 4 doors. They pulled out my seats to do the work and did not retuck the carpet under the seats or console. Seats not mounted down all the way. Had a pinched wire that caused a light not to work. Left all the wire stripping and trash on the floor and just threw my mats over it to hide it. I plan on having more custom work done, but not here! I have no problem paying whatever, but i expect quality work!... read more
Dropped a motorcycle seat off in April of 2024. Owner wasn't there at the time, left number for him to call me. Waited 3 days, no call, so I called him. He said it would take awhile (4-6 weeks), and quoted me a price. Don't call us, we'll call you, he said. I waited for 7 weeks with no calls from him. I returned late in the 7th week to pick it up, finished or not. Spoke to owner, he said " well, it's not done yet". It lay in a corner dusty like a piece of trash.
