My husband and I had a terrible experience with this firm. There was a sizable discrepancy with our refund, and when we politely pursued an explanation, Hugh Marrs provided little information, and was unprofessional and rude. Additionally, we filed early in February. His team completed our taxes quickly but it took them 28 days to file. Update: We have now used Hugh for 19 years. Our personal, business and investment tax returns are fairly complicated which he always handles with ease. Hugh is always insightful, prompt and gives sound tax advice. Hugh never fails to impress me with great work, real savings and reasonable bills.

Can only comment on my experience, which can be corroborated by individuals involved. Poor communication...poor attention to details of our tax situation...extremely disappointing experience to the extent we're considering recourse.
