The library employees at the knowledge commons desk who are supposed to help students with resources could not be more abrasive and actively unhelpful.
This library is a disaster. Almost the whole library has been given over to vast empty hallways and study rooms with tables and chairs. The books are relegated to the corners of the building and they are almost impossible to find. The maps don't help because they don't give your location so there's no way to tell what is right or left, forward or back. I had to go to the front desk to find a particular call number.
