My son works for the Marriott IT department. I should have checked reviews before refinancing my mortgage with them. This is the worst credit union in the history of credit unions. So archaic. They don't have the ability to pay over the phone or debit my external bank account to pay the mortgage. I have to initiate a transfer to my Marriott savings account and THEN pay my mortgage from the savings. A mortgage specialist said they would call over a month ago, and I'm still waiting for the call. Beware!
Save yourself the aggravation. MEFCC is the worst!!!! They’re crooks and run scams to steal your money. They should be investigated.
