Purchased through groupon - had extreme difficulty booking a slot - they kept saying they would call back and didn't. I had to keep trying - and once I had finally got a date and time I was left a voicemail 2 hours before my appointment saying they had to cancel my booking. Disappointment again! Furthermore even though they had cancelled the booking when I checked on Groupon it said my voucher had been redeemed. How was this posssible when I did not even attend? Wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought a groupon. What a waste of money!!!! £29. Finally managed to book an appt on 3rd attempt at calling. Not easy to find and had to go up a flight of steep, dark narrow steps to get to the reception area. There was no nice welcome. Just took my voucher and taken into a room with a noisy fan heater.
