Me and my girlfriend was involved in a terrible car accident a week before Christmas more than a year ago, we walked in and spoke with Eneida, she was nice understanding and very empathetic throughout the whole process, and helped us get what we deserved. My girlfriend and I was in a car accident over a year ago, due to lagging negotiations we decided to settle, when we settled we was told by the lawyer handling our case that it will only take two months for us to get our settlement check, it’s now been over four months. Mala actitud de la empleada Eneida, nos recibe con su jetota y ni las gracias nos da. Todo mal, no hay retroalimentación, para enviar nuestro paquete a migración, 4 meses se tardaron y eso por qué estuve presionando, sino todavía ni en eso avanzarían. Me están haciendo sentir como el menos importante de sus clientes. Entre Eneida y Moza se echan la pelotita en éste trámite, ni a cuál irle, las dos ineptas e ineficientes
