The staff is kind and wonderful however, the facility is undersfaffed and management is so unprofessional. Our dear loved one passed away while residing at this facility and we were never able to contact a manager, no one was ever available and no one reached out to us. No condolences, no communication about vacating her apartment, nothing! How does a senior living facility completely disregard the family of a deceased tenant? Oh, and they raised the cost to reside at this facility before she had been living there a year. I ... read more
