Purchase a davit from them 6 years ago Recently had a cable problem in Bahamas. Contacted them by phone and had a wonderful experience. Diagnosed problem with Garett in morning and had part overnighted for delivery in the Bahamas that same afternoon. Gave me all the technical assistance I needed to replace cable and continue cruising.
(Please read until the end, review has been amended). They used to be super responsive. But the department Im currently dealing with is terrible. I've been trying to get get help to buy a replacement remote for our davit for over 2 months. I'm being told call back in a few days repeatedly. I am amending my review. I brought my controller in that I was having issues, unannounced. The brought me in the back to one of there electronic technicians. He went to work on it right away.
