Absolute worst bank to deal with when it cakes to your own paycheck. If you snap a picture of it, it’s not available until they look at it, which can take days, and won’t make it available right away until next business day. Never will I bank with them again.
Several years ago I called about getting a mortgage on a second house for our son to live in while attending college. The man was rudely dismissive without even asking me any questions. We got a mortgage somewhere else. When we needed another one I went back to that institution. Now I am looking for a bank to transfer our business and am not considering Marquette. One arrogant man lost Marquette business.
Very friendly and good people to work with.
