UP Health pushes pills - Duke ER cleans the victims up and sends them off to hit the pills again.
RecommendedA great new facility, BUT they need to hire a full time cigarette cop, have observed people smoking in the garage and saw people smoking by the receiving area, with everything so fresh and clean the smell of the smoke really stands out, But if there is no penalty for violating no smoking policy it will only get worse. Standing by a no smoking sign and smoking does not make any sense. Trust me if there was a penalty the word would get out fast. Thanks so much for letting me tell you about this issue.
The staff here are great and the new facility is very nice
The er is important when you really need them. The Drs do not seem particularly curious to get to cause but treat symptoms. Maybe that is the mission.
have adequate staff numbers
Employees are rude and the emergency department sucks. They always want to give pain killers instead of finding out what is really going on. It took them 5 months to figure out that my moms gallbladder was infected. They told her two days before her surgery she could have died from all the poison that was in her body. Oh well. I wouldn't bring my cat here if they had a veterinarian office in the hospital.
Let someone else run it!!
This place is a joke. Glad I got a second opinion. Their billing department is horrible also.
