Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Bathrooms were disgusting! Floors could use a good sweeping and mopping. For a brand new facility it was a very bad impression.
Register on one end then walk all the way to the other end to register again. Not very friendly nor informative. Some people actually kind of rude. Only good thing was imaging nurse was great.

After being brought in by ambulance and dropped out of the back of it onto the concrete, with an iv and blood samples on my lap, I was left for 4 hours sitting in the waiting room. I was finally brought back and told that my labs were fine and they didn't know how to help me. It didn't matter that I came in with extreme stomach issues and they sat me there 4 hours, by myself with no wait to use the restroom. You rating should be 0!! My sisters husband has stage 4 esophageal cancer and all you have done was give them the run around!!! Not to mention how my dad was treated (and died!!) because of you!! Youre a lousy hospital and I hope I never have to go there..I would rather die first!!
I was with a family member today who had an outpatient cardiac procedure. We received great treatment from the time we walked in 'till the time we left. Registration - nursing - physician - anesthesiology - lab - all areas we came into contact with. They all made a challenging day much easier. Thank you!
