Thank you for the top notch care you provided to my Grandpa and our family!!! Your facility is aesthetically pleasing but really makes the care phenomenal is your staff. They were so attentive, kind, competent, and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! Thank you for a great experience!!! Billing sent bills I already paid to collections twice and trying to get it fixed was a nightmare.
If you want to pay $150 per visit after insurance coverage to sit with a doctor just to have them disregard and ignore everything you say, then this place is for you!
A special thank you to the staff on the 4th floor and a special Thank You to NP Sandra Croasdell. She went above and beyond to track down my medical history after being admitted following a visit to the ER. She found out more about my conditions then I even new. She then ensured that I was provided with the best care possible. Because of some glitches in care she ensured that my procedures were expedited and I was able to be discharged in a timely fashion. They could keep patients with a trach for longer than they do. You send them hundreds of miles away from family. Mr Atchinson PLEASE do something to fix this problem .The area counties support you and keep you afloat they do not deserve to be sent away. You have a floor that is VACENT, use it to take care of these patients! They deserve better.
You dont have enough staff, you overcharge for services and now you charge an $600 outpatient fee just for me to walk in the hospital door to get to my Dr's office plus I get charged the Dr's fee. I've been seeing this Dr for 7 years. I see 3 Dr's there it's a shame I'll have to search for new ones somewhere else
