I have been going to this branch for about 6 yrs and have never had any issues the ladies here are always so nice and professional. Even when I go thru the drive thru they give my daughter lollipops and candy!!! I was in there today and Gloria helped me open up a new account she was awesome and so helpful!! I also want to thank Camarra for helping me and Gloria figure out where to go to give this review!! THANKS LADIES FOR ALL YOU DO AND FOR DEALING WITH ALL THE UNKIND PEOPLE THAT ARE MAD AT WORLD HAHAHAHA!
If I could give this establishment a FAT ZERO I would. I opened an account here on a Thursday and closed it the next day on Friday @ 5:30pm, why? because I was given misinformation at the initial meeting by not only the inexperienced young lady who helped me open the account, but a “mngr” (blonde, glasses, deep voice) as well. The atms are broken all the time and they have two charges every time you use an atm that isn’t theirs, not to mention if you want to take out large sums of money they give you a hastle every time, this bank sucks. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t fixed their atms, the online app fails to connect to server more than one would think. A joke of a company 3 months later and the atms are still always broken, place sucks
