I've been a Marquette bank customer since 1967. I'm sad to see the Romeoville branch close. Wonderful people who care about their customers. I'll miss them greatly.
ATM is extremely slow in both Romeoville and Bolingbrook location if not broken, forcing me to go to other ATMs incuring fees. In addition the app is constantly saying network is busy or unavailable.
ATM is either down or extremely slow and outdated. When you have to go inside, there is usually a wait of 10+ minutes. The Marquette app is outdated and slow as well. I will be switching banks. There are plenty of better options with sign up bonuses.
I have been banking there for 15 years, never had a problem, always nice and efficient
