I would give this bank ZERO stars if it were an option. I have been waiting on a replacement debit card for my expired one FOR OVER A MONTH! When I call to ask about it, I can never get through because I have to sit on hold for 15 minutes. They don’t even have a call back option. They have a voicemail option that hangs up on you if you don’t have an extension. I use my card to PAY MY BILLS and they have me late with payments because they are TOTALLY NEGLIGENT. I wouldn’t trust Marquette bank with my money. They let scammers hit my account all year long. I asked how can I stop it and they said they didn’t know because they gave me a new card already and they were hitting the old one multiple times when the system was down. They would just have to keep reversing it.
