Marqtran drivers suck Speeding all around town, cutting you off.
I took the bus to Marquette today and told the lady I needed the South bus transfer. She tells the dispatch that no one needs it and to send it. When I called to complain, despite having passengers as witnesses, they argued with me, trying to say it didn't happen and"they don't have time." So, they'll watch the cameras later.... Yeah. Nice people! Very helpful for our group of 6 Made our Marquette visit very pleasant!
Incompetency at every level. Some of the drivers are decent. But no one really has any clue as to what's going on.
Be aware: Restrooms are completely closed off to Indian Trails riders arriving or departing in the early morning.
