Highly unprofessional. Receptionist needs customer service training. No privacy as walls don’t go to the ceiling hear all conversations. Also potential mold issues.

I wanted to try this place because of marketing, and they offered Buccal massages, and the reviews were really good. I booked two service areas with Jenn (Jungmin Yi) who was a bit chattier than I would have liked but she was very nice. When I went in, she recommended to target a different service area because the services I chose didn't pair well with each other, which was fine so I went with her recommendation.
