So I was looking for a new RMT close to me. Just my luck I found “Knead Studio.” They just opened this second location in March 2025. I got RMT June to focus on my upper/lower back. She asked all the right questions and always checked in to make sure the applied pressure was ok. She released a lot of built up tension and tons of KNOTS!!! The space is clean and inviting. The ocean sound music was perfect. I left super light and relaxed. I’m already trying to figure out my next appointment with her.
I had such a wonderful, relaxing experience at Knead Foot and Body. I did a combination treatment of foot and body massage. The foot massage was soooo amazing and relaxing. One note is that if you are easily distracted by noise, you may wish to bring headphones, just because of the busy street (this is only relevant for the foot massage because you're in a more open space, and nothing they can do to block out traffic). June is amazing. I’ve seen her twice now and both times she’s made my back / body feel incredible. She really knows what she’s doing, and you can tell she cares. I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend Knead and June as your next RMT!

I am a regular here and I’ve seen both Josie and Erreene for foot massages and body massages. Both of them are amazing and use just the right amount of pressure and are technical with their movements. The studio is clean and has a scent that lingers and keeps me calm for the rest of the day 😌 I don’t know what I’d do without Knead!
