The whole space felt so relaxing and calming and it smelled pleasant - not too overwhelming. I also loved that they had a quiet policy. I had a 60 min body work session with Erreene and she was so attentive, checked in on me, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new massage studio or RMT service!
Clean ambience! Amazing service! Worth it
The communication needs improvement. I don’t appreciate being surprised by additional fees. I was not informed about the extra service fee for paying by credit card. Also, this is one of the rare RMT clinics where GST is added on top of the listed price. Any price is acceptable as long as it is clearly communicated in advance and the customer agrees to it. Charging undisclosed fees without prior notice feels very misleading and unprofessional.
