This is a very nice subsidized senior apartment complex. They are in the process of completing renovations, and the apartments are basically brand new now. Very nice place. I just moved into Marple Manor a few days ago. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I'm very happy with my apartment. The only issue is the kitchen is really tiny. And it would be pretty difficult to prepare a full holiday dinner. But I really like it here.
