Dr.Heather is wonderful! Compassionate, caring and a great listener! On top of that, you will notice how the acupuncture and the herb work right away. The day after my first session I already felt better; you will see improvements! Scheduling to get in was a breeze. Once I got in for my first appointment Dr. Matheson was thorough with my paperwork. She had already spent time with it and was verifying my answers. Unlike some doctors who wait until I arrive to glance at it. dr Matheson came up with a plan and was informative on why we were working on certain issues in a particular order. She’s been very patient as I am very inquisitive as we go along.
Dr. Matheson is extremely caring and very gifted in her knowledge and ability to heal. As I was in such pain a couple of years ago, called to leave a message on Dr. Matheson’s phone (during Holidays) and she called me back immediately and even met me at her office.
