Rebecca was incredibly helpful in walking me through the loan process for my car auto loan (unlike the car dealership). I applied and received a loan in a couple of days, which was way faster than I thought it would happen! She was very supportive when the car dealership was not facilitating my purchase (they wanted me to use their financial services, but the rate at Maroon Was better).
Prospective qualified client that was looking to open an account, provided and uploaded all of the required information. I was met with little to no assistance when requesting an alternate representative once I expressed my concern with how my name was handled in an introductory email by Rebecca. Clerical error on their part or not, the further handling of my sensitive information was not to be taken lightly.
