I’d like to share my recent experience with Maroon Financial Credit Union. I applied for a loan, but unfortunately, the representative I worked with was very disrespectful. When I asked a question—apparently one that he believed he had already answered—he responded with unprofessional and rude behavior.In my opinion, this individual may not be suited for a customer-facing role within the Maroon Financial team.
