Just wanted to take a moment to share what a pleasant experience it was this afternoon with your "Rockstar" representative Celeste! She was extremely helpful, kind and patient while helping me get a few issues with my mom's account straightened out! Her customer service goes above and beyond!!!
Ripping off the local community, one loan at a time. Ever heard of a credit union gouging their own members on loan rates? Somebody investigate these people! ASAP
