The care in this facility is amazing and should not be overlooked. The saying you don’t know what you got until you lose it, really resonates with me due to our recent experience. We moved my dad to another facility in Bankstown which had great reviews but was the biggest mistake we made, moving him from Village 1 in this facility. What we experienced is horrific and could result in my dad needing to amputate his toe or foot. Wonderful nursing home. The staff looked after my aunty amazingly. They had so much compassion and empathy. The manager made our time there stress free. I highly recommend.
I would NEVER recommend this facility to another family. My grandmother suffered a fall out of bed whilst in their care which resulted in a broken hip and ultimately led to her passing a week later. With very little online reviews to go off, my family and I placed an enormous amount of trust in this facility to keep my grandmother safe, treated with dignity, and properly cared for.
